PLEASE NOTE:  Registration form must be accompanied by check and received at the Rec. Dept. in order to  be registered.  Please do not forget registration fee or delay in processing registration will occur.
 
IMPORTANT!  If you do not receive confirmation of registration within a few days of submittal please contact us so that we can verify receipt of your information and hopefully avoid the possibility of getting closed out of a class.
 

To reserve a spot for your child and/ or yourself, please:

  1. Print and fill out your registration form completely. Please remember to sign the release form. We cannot place you or your child in a class without your signature. Please include your email address for prompt confirmation.

  2. Make check out for full amount, include registration fee to City of Newton. Please write seperate checks for your child and yourself. Important: If registering your child, please write your child's full name, tennis class date on check. If registering yourself, please write your full name, tennis class date on check. Failure to do so may impede registration.

  3. Mail or hand deliver to :

  5. Rain policy: We always try to hold class if we possibly can. On a day there has been rain or questionable weather forecasts call 661-PLAY 45 minutes prior to the start of class.  Please note:  Most classes are given as part of a two, three or four hour block of classes. ie the 9am to noon block is 9-10am, 10-11am, 11-noon.  If we have to cancel a class within a block of classes then the teachers are dismissed and all the classes that follow in that block will be cancelled as well.
 
SORRY,
• NO credit card payments
• NO phone reservations
• NO partial payments
• NO spot held without your check and your signature on registration form
• NO refunds except with doctors' note for medical emergency only
   (Refund prorated from time of notification)
• NO sign-up at the courts
 

Refunds: Adults and Kids

   

    Spring (2008):  Give notice of withdrawal (call 617-661-PLAY)

  • Withdraw by April 21- Full refund, less registration fee
  • Withdraw between April 21-25 - Full Credit Voucher, less registration fee
  • Withdraw after April 25 - Sorry, No refund except with doctor's note for medical emergency only (Refund prorated from time of notification).

   Summer (2008): Give notice of withdrawal (call 617-661-PLAY)

  • Give notice of withdrawal by the Wednesday before your program starts to receive full refund, less registration fee
  • Give notice of withdrawl between Wednesday 4pm and Friday noon to receive 75% credit voucher, less registration fee
  • After Friday noon - SORRY, No refund except with doctor's note for medical emergency only (Refund prorated from time of notification).
